We wish to provide you all with the latest update on shipping & delays.
It is no secret that due to COVID-19, an obscene amount of cargo planes (as well as passenger jets) have been grounded & are no longer flying.
Any orders placed in March & April that were shipped via Australia Post Air Economy (before the service was cancelled by Australia Post) are currently experiencing extended delays. Please allow up to 2 months (from the date your order was shipped) for your item(s) to arrive.
As of right now, all orders are shipped daily via DHL. Again, due to the amount of grounded planes, there may also be some shipping delays. Please allow extra time & extra days for your order to arrive. DHL are doing all they can to get cargo moving & are sourcing backup planes as we speak.
If your DHL tracking number hasn’t updated for an extended period of time, please email us at email@example.com & we can try to provide you with more information.
For our Australian customers, all orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post & there should be minimal delays as of this point in time.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience & hope that these delays cease soon. We promise that we are working hard behind the scenes & keeping in consistent contact with our manufacturers, to ensure that stock & restock of onesies are still coming in a timely manner.
If you ever wonder when a certain onesie will be restocked, please check the individual onesie listing/page for an estimated restock date. These dates will also be updated from time to time.
