A: We sure do! We have shipping options available for every country.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, we no longer ship to PO Boxes. If this is your only option, please email us to discuss alternative shipping options.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: To calculate an accurate quote, please add your items to cart and then approach checkout.
Q: What is the order processing time?
A: All orders are shipped next business day. Any order placed on weekends will ship the following Monday.
Q: Is packaging discreet?
A: It sure is! All packages will be sent in plain tough envelopes or plain satchels. Your package will be marked as "Toy" or "Clothing" on custom declarations. The sender name will be marked as "Andrew" not "Onesies Downunder".
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Shipping times will vary depending on shipping method chosen.
Regular Post: 2 - 5* Business Days (Does not include tracking)
Express Post: 1 - 3* Business Days (Includes tracking)
Australia Post Economy Shipping: 10 - 20* Business Days (Does not include tracking)
DHL Express Shipping: 2 - 4* Business Days (Includes tracking)

Q: Import duties and associated fees?
A: International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Onesies Downunder cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Unfortunately at this point in time we do not.
Q: What if my order hasn't arrived?
A: If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you with this.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: All orders can be tracked via the DHL website (www.dhl.com)

Q: What will my billing statement show?
A: Credit card charges will show up as "SP*ODOWNUNDER" on your billing statement.
Q: Using prepaid Visa / MasterCard cards.
A: If your payment will not process when using a prepaid Visa / MasterCard we recommend adding this card to your PayPal account and checking out that way.
Q: Why does my order appear more expensive when I go to checkout?
A: When you are on our website, our prices will display in your local currency. So if you are in the US, prices will be in USD (United States Dollar). When you go to checkout, the prices revert back to AUD for checkout purposes. You will not be charged any extra, you will just be charged in AUD (Australian Dollar) instead of your local currency.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the intimate nature of our products, everything is final sale and we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
Q: What if the product I received is not what I ordered?
A: If you receive anything that is not what you ordered, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number. For example: You ordered a size Small onesie but received a Large instead.
Q: What if my order arrived damaged?
A: If your order has arrived damaged or defective, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographic evidence.
